Community Guidelines

Introduction

UmiAi is a global SocialFi platform that enables people to create, connect, communicate, and transact using social tools, AI features, channels, digital assets, and creator-driven communities. The Community Guidelines exist to protect the safety, integrity, and quality of experiences across all parts of the UmiAi ecosystem.

These Guidelines form part of UmiAi’s Terms of Service and apply to every user, creator, developer, advertiser, and participant on the platform. They cover all content and behaviors, including posts, messages, comments, channels, livestreams, AI-generated media, transactions, and activities carried out through mini-apps or third-party integrations.

We expect all users to follow both the letter and spirit of these rules. Violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, suspension of wallet privileges, account termination, or referral to law enforcement where required.

UmiAi reserves the right to update these Guidelines at any time to reflect new technologies, risks, laws, or platform features.

1. Safety and Harm Prevention

UmiAi does not allow content or behavior that endangers individuals or communities. This includes all forms of physical, psychological, and reputational harm.

1.1 Violence and Physical Harm

Users may not threaten, promote, or encourage violence, harm, or injury against any person, group, or organization. This includes threats, fantasies of harm, weapon use intended to intimidate, and instructions that could enable real-world harm.

1.2 Self-Harm and Suicide

Content depicting, promoting, or encouraging self-harm, suicide, self-injury, or disordered eating is strictly prohibited. Supportive or educational content aiming to prevent self-harm is permitted when expressed sensitively and non-graphically.

1.3 Dangerous Acts and Challenges

Content that involves high-risk behavior, hazardous stunts, or challenges that may lead to serious injury is not allowed unless clearly educational, demonstrative, or professionally supervised.

2. Protecting Minors

UmiAi is strictly for users aged 18 and above. We do not permit any content involving minors that is exploitative, sexual in nature, abusive, or endangering. Any depiction of sexualized minors or child exploitation will be immediately reported to relevant authorities.

Images, videos, or AI-generated media portraying minors in adult scenarios or positions of harm are banned without exception.

3. Integrity, Authenticity, and Platform Security

3.1 Impersonation

Users may not impersonate individuals, celebrities, brands, government officials, or organizations in a misleading or deceptive manner. Parody or fan content must be clearly labeled.

3.2 Misrepresentation and Deceptive Behavior

Coordinated manipulation, artificially amplifying content, fabricated engagement, fake followers, bots, spam, deceptive metadata, and other methods of distorting platform integrity are not permitted.

3.3 Scams, Fraud, and Financial Harm

UmiAi prohibits:

  • Investment scams

  • Crypto fraud (rug pulls, pump-and-dump schemes, fake airdrops, phishing)

  • Impersonation of wallet services or financial institutions

  • Deceptive offers, false product claims, and misleading advertisements

Wallet-related misconduct may result in immediate freezing or suspension of assets subject to applicable law.

4. Privacy, Confidentiality & Personal Data

Users may not post personal or confidential information about others without explicit consent. This includes—but is not limited to—home addresses, phone numbers, identity documents, financial records, private conversations, leaked media, and non-public images.

Recording or sharing private communications without permission is prohibited, even within channels.

AI tools must not be used to infer, expose, or simulate private information about real individuals.

5. Respectful Behavior and Inclusion

UmiAi is an inclusive environment. We do not allow harassment, hate, discrimination, or abusive conduct.

5.1 Harassment and Bullying

Unwanted targeted behavior intended to shame, threaten, bully, or degrade another individual is prohibited. This includes repeated unwanted messages, coordinated pile-ons, and doxxing.

5.2 Hate Speech and Discrimination

UmiAi does not tolerate content that demeans or attacks individuals or groups based on protected attributes, such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.

6. Sexual Content and Adult Behavior

UmiAi allows limited expressions of adult content only when lawful, consensual, and non-exploitative, and only in zones designated by the platform. Explicit pornography, sexual exploitation, or sexually aggressive content is not allowed.

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Non-consensual intimate imagery

  • Deepfake pornography or AI-generated sexual content involving real people without consent

  • Sexual content involving minors

  • Content depicting coercion or exploitation

Creators must follow local laws governing the distribution of adult material.

7. AI-Generated and Synthetic Media

UmiAi provides text, image, audio, video, and music generation through its AI systems. Users must use these tools responsibly.

7.1 Transparency of Synthetic Media

AI-generated media representing real people in realistic scenarios must be clearly disclosed.

7.2 Prohibited AI Uses

  • Deepfake sexual content

  • Fabricating political statements by real individuals

  • Synthetic media meant to mislead, intimidate, or defame

  • AI-generated violence, torture, or minors in unsafe scenarios

  • Attempts to bypass safety filters or create harmful content

7.3 AI as a Creative Tool

Creators may freely use AI for artistic, transformative, entertainment, and educational purposes, provided it complies with all platform rules.

8. Channels, Groups & Community Spaces

Channels and groups must comply with these Guidelines. Channel owners and administrators are responsible for monitoring and moderating their spaces. UmiAi may intervene in serious cases.

8.1 Administrators Must Not:

  • Encourage illegal behavior

  • Collect or solicit sensitive data without permission

  • Disseminate harmful misinformation

  • Promote scams, unlicensed financial activity, or high-risk crypto schemes

  • Enable harassment or targeted abuse

8.2 Private Channels

Privacy does not exempt users from compliance. Illegal or harmful activity in private groups is prohibited and may be subject to enforcement.

9. Wallet, Tokens, Digital Assets, and Mini-Apps

Users engaging with UmiAi’s wallet and SocialFi features must do so responsibly.

9.1 Financial Responsibility

Users are responsible for securing their private keys, passwords, and financial accounts. UmiAi cannot reverse blockchain-based transactions.

9.2 Prohibited Financial Activity

The platform does not allow:

  • Unlicensed financial services

  • High-yield or guaranteed-profit schemes

  • Automated or coordinated manipulation of token prices

  • Laundering or obfuscation of illegal funds

9.3 Mini-Apps

Third-party mini-apps must respect user privacy, obtain explicit permissions, and maintain compliance with security, safety, and financial laws.

10. Intellectual Property & Creative Rights

Users must respect copyrights, trademarks, and ownership of all content.

You may not upload, reproduce, generate, or distribute content that infringes the rights of others, including copyrighted music, videos, images, or brand assets unless you have the appropriate rights or licenses.

AI-generated content trained on your prompts must not replicate identifiable, copyrighted works without authorization.

11. Illegal Activities

UmiAi prohibits the use of its Services for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to:

  • Human trafficking, exploitation, violence

  • Drugs, weapons, or contraband trafficking

  • Terrorism or extremist activity

  • Unauthorized gambling or betting

  • Money laundering or unlicensed currency exchange

  • Counterfeiting, identity fraud, and cybercrime

Users participating in illegal activities may be permanently removed and reported to authorities.

12. Enforcement and Penalties

UmiAi may take enforcement action based on severity, intent, and risk. Actions include:

  • Content removal

  • Feature blocking (AI tools, messaging, posting, channels, wallet)

  • Temporary account restrictions

  • Permanent account termination

  • Freezing of wallet assets when legally required

  • Notification to law enforcement or regulators

Creators and channels with repeated violations may lose monetization or professional tools.

13. Your Responsibility to Report Issues

We rely on the community to report abusive or harmful behavior. Users can report content, creators, channels, or apps directly from within the platform. We encourage prompt reporting of:

  • Dangerous or illegal behavior

  • Financial scams

  • Child safety concerns

  • Serious harassment or threats

  • Vulnerabilities or security issues

All reports are reviewed confidentially.

14. Appeals

If you believe enforcement action was taken in error, you may submit an appeal through in-app support. Decisions may be revised after human review.

15. Final Note

These Community Guidelines evolve as UmiAi grows. We may update them to reflect new technologies such as advanced AI, digital assets, or emerging forms of interaction. Continued use of the platform means continued acceptance of the most recent version.
